Arizona Junior Rodeo Association Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
June 20, 2009 3:15 p.m.
Globe, Arizona
President Bond called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m.
Present were; President Clay Bond, Vice President Brian Keaveney, Board of Directors Dawn Lewis, John Jones, Duane Harrington, Josh Hand, Marty Latta, Teri James, Ted Brennan, Joe Mike Clem, Lori Todd, and Secretary Beth Bond.
President Bond stated that the board meeting was called because of an issue that arose with Director Joe Mike Clem earlier in the day. Both President Bond and Director Clem provided their view of the issue. After a lengthy discussion with board members Director Clem stated that he felt it was best if he stepped down as a director and that he would finish out the “B” Finals rodeo.
Director Latta made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Director Harrington. Vote was unanimous.
